  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred
  • 1+ years of Sales experience as an SDR
  • 6 months-1+ years of experience as a Leader
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with incredible attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership, prioritize, and complete tasks quickly
Responsibilities
  • Participate in campus recruitment activities and proactively seek out potential candidates
  • Ensure SDRs are properly equipped with the highest priority account lists to call
  • Ensure SDRs fully utilize the tech stack in an effective and efficient manner (Outreach, SFDC, Gong, Database)
  • Drive pipeline generation activities across the SDR organization and work closely with Marketing leaders to streamline SDR processes for pipeline efficiency
  • Provide call-coaching
