  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10–15 years of leadership and banking experience
  • 7–10 years of management experience, including cross-functional team leadership

Responsibilities
  • Lead deposit strategy across the organization by developing sales-focused campaigns, pricing models, and marketing plans to attract and retain client deposits.
  • Manage the full deposit product lifecycle—including ideation, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Analyze performance data, client behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize the deposit portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across PCs, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to ensure seamless execution and delivery of deposit initiatives.
  • Drive operational improvements by simplifying policies and processes, leading change management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and enforce bank-wide client service standards for deposit-related activity, supporting issue resolution and delivering a consistent client experience.
