  • A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing is required.
  • Significant clinical veterinary nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team.
  • Assist with nurse training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
  • Help maintain a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Support workflow management and day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Assist veterinarians during consultations, diagnostics, and procedures.
  • Perform surgical preparation and theatre assistance.
  • Monitor anaesthesia and support patient recovery.
  • Provide hospital patient care and treatment management.
  • Collect pathology samples and perform diagnostic testing.
  • Maintain high clinical and patient care standards.
  • Support inventory management, equipment maintenance, and nursing protocols.
  • Work with the Practice Manager and Vet Director to support clinic success.
  • Provide outstanding client communication and customer service.
