Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in account management while playing a key role in supporting our customers. You will handle a high volume of inbound enquiries, ensure clients receive an excellent experience, and encourage them to make full use of the products and services available to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries across phone, email, and online channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Proactively encourage clients to draw on available services, ensuring they get maximum value from their accounts.
- Provide clear information, guidance, and support to customers to increase engagement.
- Escalate complex queries to senior team members where required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver a smooth customer journey.
- Support the wider Account Management team with administrative and client-related tasks.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Some experience in customer service, sales support, or a client-facing role is preferred but not essential (work experience, internships, or part-time roles welcomed).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle a high volume of enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with digital systems and tools (CRM experience a plus but not essential).
