- Assist in IT portfolio tracking and reporting
- Support data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI)
- Contribute to documentation for IT governance and compliance
- Provide administrative and project support to Chief Information Officer initiatives
- Assist with stakeholder coordination and communications
- Exposure to federal IT environments or processes
- Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint or ServiceNow
- Entry-level certification (e.g., CAPM, ITIL Foundation)
