  • Work with cross-functional teams to incorporate Operations teams' requirements in the development of business banking products and track their successful delivery ahead of new product releases
  • Manage issue resolution stemming from product releases or development, coordinating with relevant cross-functional teams
  • Stay attuned to industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings in the business banking space, using this knowledge to shape customer-centric product and operational strategies
