Senior Sales Representative
About the job
- Two years of sales experience is preferred.
- Interest in interior design.
- Work directly with the territory’s top interior design clients to educate, collaborate, sample, and sell.
- Build client relationships and use that familiarity to generate sales across all product categories and represented collections, with a special focus on custom products.
- Conduct at least 32 presentations per month, including appointments outside the showroom.
- Grow client accounts through comprehensive all-product presentations, new collection showings, project-specific meetings, and library updates.
- Keep Territory and Showroom Managers informed of travel and client appointments, and accommodate outside sales calls with Holland & Sherry sales leaders and outside vendors.
- Keep clients informed about products and enter all activity into the customer relationship management system.
- Work with Client Services to maintain quick, efficient, and accurate communication with clients about stocked products.
- Work with showroom Junior Sales staff on custom product sales.
- Collaborate with the Showroom or Territory Manager to streamline day-to-day showroom operations, including checking daily updates, following up on action items, maintaining efficient email correspondence, conducting client outreach and daily client interactions and sales, and providing team support.
