Requirements
- Prior experience in a food or packaged goods manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in food-industry manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong computer and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the activities of employees during the shift.
- Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Organize shift schedules, manage attendance, and address time-off requests.
- Provide on-the-job training, offer feedback, and help new team members adapt to their roles.
- Address operational issues, resolve conflicts, and manage customer complaints.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help improve team performance.
- Serve as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders during the shift and communicate with other shifts.
