- Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft operating system problem tickets and perform OS imaging, troubleshooting, and builds.
- Configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors.
- Remote takeover skills are a plus.
- Support Microsoft Windows operating systems including Windows 7 and Windows 10 (piloting).

- Support Mobility Devices (phone and tablet) across Apple, Android, and Microsoft platforms.
- Provide application support for Microsoft Office products current through Office 365, including support of Outlook/Exchange in a corporate environment across PC, phone, and tablet devices.
