Responsibilities
  • Develop annual account strategies to maintain existing business and obtain maximum new business at assigned accounts
  • Develop and implement product pricing strategy at each account to maximize product and customer profitability
  • Develop sales forecasts and budgets per account to accurately set forth the optimum volume of sales of forecasted products
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through existing accounts as well as new leads generated through cold calls, bids and/or marketing
  • Develop existing account relations in an ethical and profitable manner
  • Estimate and price all incoming bids from customers and prospects in a timely manner within the company’s standard guidelines
  • Project-manage jobs to ensure budget control and work quality
  • Estimate and prepare bids for turnkey drywall for new and existing clients and follow up until job is awarded
  • Support production and service as needed to ensure customer receives the best possible results
  • Work with Credit Manager as required to maintain current account status and preserve lien rights
  • Attend sales meetings and stay current with trends in the market
