  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience post-college
  • Outstanding academic performance and demonstrated skill in written communication
  • Substantial accomplishments in early professional career and/or in college (e.g. you are someone who proactively solves problems at hand to achieve meaningful outcomes)
  • Emerging problem-solving skills and interest in problem-solving and strategy, but not necessary to have formal training and development in consulting- or research-style problem-solving
  • Keen interest in addressing systems-level problems and opportunities
  • Strong commitment to excellence and personal and professional growth
  • Resourceful, intellectually curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Highly effective at building relationships, especially across lines of difference
  • Substantial experience building relationships in low-income communities
  • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
  • Ability to travel 4-6 times per year for work related meetings
  • Clear and concise communication skills, written and verbal

Responsibilities
  • Support Strategy and cross-divisional leaders on major organizational problems and priorities by working through all stages of the problem-solving process: defining problems and project scopes, formulating and testing hypotheses, conducting market research, presenting results to senior management and implementing recommendations across the organization
  • Help drive, manage, and/or operate cross-divisional projects and initiatives beyond the recommendation stage
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development.
Desired Qualifications
  • Interest in problem-solving and strategy, but not necessary to have formal training and development in consulting- or research-style problem-solving
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, with a willingness to experiment with and adopt new AI-driven solutions and a comfort learning and applying new digital tools independently and proactively.
