As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across Arxada’s operations. Leveraging AVEVA / OSI PI process data, Seeq analytics, and Power BI, you will extract, analyze, and visualize industrial process data to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will also work as part of a global continuous improvement team to plan, develop, implement, and train others on cross-functional software solutions that deliver actionable insights, visual performance cues, and manage internal business systems. A key responsibility will be the administration and management of Arxada’s global EHS management system (Intelex), ensuring its architecture, documentation, and user adoption are aligned with global standards.

Key Accountabilities

Data Analytics & Visualization (35%)

• Drive data-driven decision-making using AVEVA / OSI PI and Seeq for process data analytics.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively.

• Collaborate with site leadership and engineers to create analytics solutions supporting the Integrated Operations strategy.

Intelex System Administration (40%)

• Act as primary administrator for Arxada’s global EHS management system (Intelex).

• Manage system architecture, implement changes, resolve technical issues, and maintain documentation.

• Lead user training and support adoption of system enhancements.

Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Solutions (15%)

• Work within the global continuous improvement team to design, implement, and optimize digital tools and processes.

• Ensure software solutions provide actionable insights and standardized performance metrics across sites.

Coaching & Best Practice Sharing (5%)

• Mentor teams on continuous improvement and data analytics methodologies.

• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Innovation & Optimization (5%)

• Identify opportunities to enhance data analytics capabilities and propose innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience managing and administering business systems, such as Intelex or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience with OSI PI (PI Data Archive, Asset Framework, PI Vision).

• Proficiency with Seeq for data analytics and scripting.

• Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

• Ability to work with large industrial datasets and perform time-series analysis.

• Skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights for business users.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, process industries, or chemical production.

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data manipulation.

• Demonstrated expertise in software system architecture, integration, and implementation.

The expected salary range for this role is [INSERT PAY RANGE, EITHER A SINGLE RATE OR 90-110% OF THE RANGE*], but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
