The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Information Security Engineer to join our Physical Security team. This role is responsible for the implementation, administration, and maintenance of physical security systems and infrastructure across a global enterprise. You will serve as a technical expert and solution architect, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our security platforms.

Location

This is a hybrid position, the work location is 5325 Zuni St, Denver, CO and also work from home within the US.

The Main Responsibilities

· Implement, administer, and maintain physical security systems and applications across company facilities
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on both client and server sides, across various operating systems (Linux, Windows, Mac)
· Architect and maintain global physical security infrastructure
· Manage and support Lenel Enterprise systems, including licensing and certification
· Maintain and operate a Physical Security Lab environment for testing new technologies and updates
· Perform system backups, database management, and generate reports for security applications
· Lead weekly engineering and vendor check-in calls with Lenel
· Support application cross-training and serve as a Lenel Subject Matter Expert (SME)
· Evaluate and test new security technologies in a lab environment as part of proof-of-concept initiatives

What We Look For in a Candidate

· Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Experience with physical security systems and enterprise-level infrastructure
· Proficiency in managing databases, servers, and application software
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
· Excellent communication and vendor management skills
· B.S. Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in the private sector or military
· 6+ years of experience in the technology industry with a focus on engineering, engineering support, database administration, or similar

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: KY
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO
