  • Required Education and Background: Bachelor's degree + minimum 5 years of relevant experience in life sciences, business, or related field with process and systems related project coordination experience
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with business stakeholders across WW Medical, affiliates and functions
  • Expertise to execute workshops and meetings to inform effective and efficient updated processes and systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, escalating risks and issues as appropriate
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, while understanding and solving new problems, requiring a high level of independent judgement and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Advanced level in MS Office package, including MS Teams & SharePoint
  • Partnering with internal and external partners (e.g., IT, BI&A, MEG, etc.) for system coordination; for example, budget systems tracking; access and training rollout of new medical platforms configurations
  • Manage deliverables related to congress planning and logistics for the WW Hematology Medical team to ensure adherence to congress guidance
  • SharePoint administration: manage WWHM SharePoint site and strategically evolve site content to meet business needs
  • Lead new initiatives and team activities, including team building events
  • Partner with finance business partners for tracking of franchise-level planning and execution; direct oversight of WWHM Leadership budget including liaising with medical partners' Leadership budget management
  • Support S&O Lead and WWHM Head in managing meeting logistics, agendas, planning, stakeholders, minutes, and follow-up action items (e.g., leadership meetings, business reviews, leadership offsites, etc.)
  • Develop presentation materials for leadership teams and oversight of agency partners
  • Tracking and summarizing trends of department metrics and KPIs (e.g., attrition, etc.)
  • Lead WWHM project management team meetings
  • Liaise with external vendors on SOW development, Demand Management submission, invoice approvals, and tracking of project progress vs. timelines
  • Based on capacity, this role will also have the opportunity to work on other special projects and initiatives within WW Medical
