Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role, such as account management, sales, or customer success.
  • Comfort with the types of technology we use as a team: Salesforce, Tableau, Salesloft, Slack, Google Suite, and Confluence, to name a few.
  • Experience with a startup, fintech/lending experience preferred

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of merchants to foster long-term relationships, measured by increase in financing volume and share of wallet with each merchant.
  • Support business development and partnerships in closing new deals and assist with the onboarding to Wisetack.
  • Help new and existing merchants get up to speed quickly on our offerings. This includes training them on the mechanics of how the product works (spoiler alert: it’s very easy and intuitive!), and instilling best practices.
  • Collaborate with growth leadership to improve and scale our merchant growth management team and coach and train others on the team.
  • Communicate merchant needs and feedback to the broader organization (especially product, marketing, and partnerships).
  • Actively collaborate with the support and customer operations team to ensure we’re doing what we can to create consistent experiences, sharing learnings, and consolidating feedback.
