We are looking for product managers with strong product & first principles thinking to spearhead Skill Assessment teams. HackerRank is used by 2800+ customers across the globe who rely on us to hire developers across the board for many different roles. While we power hiring for many roles today, the need of our customers are much larger and we need your help in fulfilling them.

You will be working on:

• You will be responsible for building new products that expand the number of skills we can assess and their adoption among existing and new customers
• You will own the end-to-end developer, hiring manager, and interviewer experiences for specific skills and job roles
• Our mission is to enable our customers to assess every skill for every developer role at every level of expertise. You’ll be a key contributor to this mission and will coordinate with different functions like Customer Success and Sales for driving adoption and revenue growth
• You will work closely with developers to solve challenging technical problems to build highly scalable product experiences

We are looking for:

• You have 3+ years of experience in building and launching technical products
• You have been a developer in the past or have worked on developer-focused products
• You are highly data-driven and make informed choices
• You are highly articulate and a good communicator
