Requirements
  • Proven experience in bringing together various departments and teams to create and establish cohesive partnership, rhythm of business
  • Demonstrating successful influencing senior leaders, building consensus and developing constructive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and storytelling skills
  • Being proactive, with a desire to make things happen, no task is too small
  • High levels of organisation and ability to create clarity through process
  • Have experience of working within a Retail Media/Technology/CPG or Retail business
  • Have experience of working to tight timescales, demonstrating reliability and strong delivery under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in PowerPoint and experience of using other planning & workflow tools, such as Monday.com
Responsibilities
  • Help shape and develop a market-leading business that’s exploring new opportunities and influencing global retailers
  • Be involved in the heart of the planning processes for Tesco Media, working with senior stakeholders to hold the business to account on its delivery of the Tesco Media business plan
  • Create clarity, drive action across the business, and govern one business wide plan
  • Work with senior leaders across the business to create the content to be presented to C-suite across Tesco & Dunnhumby
