ConnectWise Summer Internship Program:
Are you in search of an internship to acquire corporate experience spanning various cross-functional teams and departments? Look no further! ConnectWise is currently hosting its summer internship program, scheduled from May to August. Interns can contribute a maximum of 30 hours per week. We encourage a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) at either our Tampa, FL, or Pittsburgh, PA office. Our internship initiative is designed to provide outstanding talent development and training opportunities. Our ultimate aim is to transition interns into full-time employees upon graduation.
Qualifications:
- Internships are available for students pursuing post-high school level degrees (college, university, technical college).

General Summary:
The Post-Sales Operational Excellence Intern will work to support the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives within several ConnectWise Post-Sales teams. This role will work consistently with onsite and remote colleagues in the United States and India. The intern will gain experience in process improvement, change management, and service delivery execution in a SaaS corporation. The development and implementation of a completed project will provide the intern with valuable business skills and experience in their field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives
- Support the optimization of tools for case management and service delivery
- Work with other operational excellence colleagues in the development of process improvement plans
- Support the development of performance management metrics to ensure optimum service delivery
- Complete an internship-length project focused on a service delivery solution or best practice
