Stepful offers online training programs for people who want to start careers as medical assistants or phlebotomists. Its courses are online and include both theory and practical elements such as clinical hours, plus preparation for national certification exams. Classes are designed to be completed in a few months. Tuition pays for the online courses, certification prep, and access to a network of healthcare employers, and Stepful partners with employers to help graduates find jobs. This helps students gain credentials and secure employment in healthcare. Unlike programs that only teach theory, Stepful combines learning with hands-on hours and job placement support, aiming to make healthcare careers more accessible. The company’s goal is to create economic opportunities by helping job seekers enter and advance in healthcare roles with solid certification and placement outcomes.
