What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials and equipment for fire protection projects.
• Communicate regularly with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm pricing, follow up on deliveries, and maintain valuable relationships
• Ensure order accuracy, including correct parts, best pricing, and availability based on project schedules and team needs.
• Respond to field requests for urgent or missing items to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
• Support project coordinators, managers and field teams with material needs and substitutions.

What You’ll Need to Do It:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage various tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with purchasing or inventory management software preferred.
• Willingness to learn purchasing and material coordination processes.
