Requirements
  • Lead and implement processes, projects and frameworks that continuously improve Employee Experience operations in a context of ever-changing business needs
  • You have 3+ years experience at a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • You have previous experience either in FinTech or top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity (Designing and building a payments system is a huge plus)
  • You are problem-focused, solutions-oriented, and have extreme attention to detail
  • You have built new processes that scale efficiently and optimized existing one to drive customer experience and operational improvements
  • You are able to lead multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish with the ability to balance analytical critical thinking with quick decision-making and execution
  • You have lots of energy and practice first principles thinking
  • You have advanced SQL skills and overall outstanding analytical skills, coupled with presentation skills
  • You are a strong communicator
Responsibilities
  • Source and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and weaknesses causing poor user experiences, operational efficiency gaps or compliance risks
