It operates more than 20 offices with a large team of over 250 staff, delivering a wide range of services to thousands of patients and supporting dental students at various levels. BDG’s clinics work by offering in-person dental appointments across its multi-site system, coordinating care through a shared team and resources to serve communities in Nevada and Arizona. What sets BDG apart from others is its scale and integrated network: a long-standing, multiprovider group with substantial staff, multiple locations, and a track record of growth since 2002, including involvement in dental education. • Its Seaport office at 22 Boston Wharf Road anchors growth in a high-income district.
  • Broad specialty services increase referrals and capture more revenue per patient visit.

What critics are saying

  • Crowded Boston market forces constant spending on reviews, branding, and convenience.
  • Three sites concentrate operating risk if staffing, rent, or local demand weakens.
