Xpand, a Linville Team Partners company, is seeking a Manager to join their M&A team. This position will play a vital role with account management and business development responsibilities on our buy-side advisory team. This role will be the face of Xpand to strategic buyers; originating, presenting, and negotiating opportunities directly. The ability to communicate mandates from our clients internally and externally will be key.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

·Identify acquisition opportunities that align with client’s criteria

·Manage multiple buy-side client relationships within 1-2 industries

·Communicate with internal and external teams on their deal pipelines

·Effectively manage and lead 1-3 direct reports

·Review markets across the country utilizing various research tools

·Network with business owners through calls, emails, and text messages

·Execute and manage prospecting campaigns

·Gather due diligence information from business owners

·Assist in underwriting potential acquisitions

Candidate Requirements:

·3+ years of experience working in business development, corporate development, or buy-side investment banking

·Persistent, resourceful, self-motivated, and personable

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·Highly organized with the ability to efficiently and accurately manage multiple projects
