What believers are saying

  • Spatial AI and 9.2 dB signal-to-noise advantage outperform Phonak, enabling superior speech clarity in noisy settings.
  • Expansion to Greenwich, Palm Beach, and Boston clinics will increase market access and user capacity beyond NYC.
  • App version 1.26.1 added equalizer for calls and streaming, improving user experience and adoption potential.

What critics are saying

  • Deep-pocketed competitors will replicate Fortell’s spatial-AI and chip tech within 12–18 months due to slow rollout.
  • Lux Labs and Flutter Labs will release $2,500 AI hearing aid with 85% performance by Q4 2027, eroding premium pricing.
  • Single NYC clinic and 5-year care contract create capacity bottleneck, limiting scaling to 2,000 users/year by 2028.

  • Device eliminates 98% background noise and delivers 10x more words understood than leading AI hearing aids.
  • Includes 3-year warranty and 5 years of audiological care with remote audiologist support via iPhone app.
