Requirements
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startup business operations or strategy, or strategic finance.
  • Fluency in SQL and the ability to write independent queries.

Responsibilities
  • Own OKR planning, weekly business reviews, and the quarterly operating cadence.
  • Ensure team work is connected to organizational priorities and key metrics.
  • Translate across engineering, growth, and operations and unblock cross-functional dependencies.
  • Maintain priorities when urgent work competes with important work.
  • Redesign recurring processes and automate manual reports and workflows.
  • Use large language models and agents in internal tooling and to replace manual workflows.
  • Distill complex, multi-variable problems into concise executive one-pagers.
  • Own special projects, vendor negotiations, ad hoc analysis, and post-mortems.
  • Take ambiguous projects from zero to one and build systems that operate without ongoing manual ownership.
  • Occasionally manage product features when needed.
  • Use data and SQL queries to inform decisions.
