Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates
• Serve as liaison between hiring team at Collective[i] and candidate throughout the recruiting process
• Coordinate interviews
• Implement the interview plan for open positions
• Manage our applicant tracking and recruiting process to ensure the candidate experience matches the Collective[i] culture
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
• Act as “concierge” to the new hire throughout the onboarding process, including leading orientation sessions, answering questions, and directing the new hires to the right resources
• Help with Canada specific payroll and insurance, HR policies and immigration initiatives
• Develop and implement community initiatives and events designed to build a winning company culture 
• Collaborate with the People team to continually improve and optimize the recruitment process and employee experience

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in the People Ops or Talent space
• Experience in technical, sales and AI recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
• Confident and calm under pressure
• Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Lever is a plus!)
• Must like meeting and interacting with new people
• Small ego, owner mentality, growth mindset and sense of humor
• Strong knowledge of AI and the tech industry
