Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related area
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Ultimate Software, Greenhouse, Cornerstone, and ABI Mastermind preferred
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize data
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide customer service and build relationships
  • Music/Entertainment Industry experience is a plus

  • Stay informed of labor/employee related legislations
