Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential.
  • Ability to provide weekly in-person supervision.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule split between remote and in-person engagement.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment.
  • Ability to use data-driven decision-making to maintain high-quality clinical services.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee Applied Behavior Analysis therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement.
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits.
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
  • Engage parents in their child’s therapy through monthly parent training.
  • Support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships during in-person visits.
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience mentoring other Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
  • Experience leading clinical training.
