Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in merchandise planning or inventory management in a vertical retail business
  • Previous experience in Direct-To-Consumer and wholesale capacity (retail or ecommerce)
  • Proven experience creating and analyzing reports with large quantities of data
  • Advanced skills in Excel
Responsibilities
  • Building top-down multi-channel Pre-season merchandise plans
  • Owning the reconciliation of merchandise/buying plans with finance budgets
  • Partnering with the merchant team to develop assortment strategies
  • Developing sales solutions for inventory optimization
  • Performing in-season analyses to ensure product availability meets sales targets
  • Maximizing sales by understanding sales trends and planning assortment
  • Controlling seasonal flow strategies and collaborating with the Allocations Team
  • Identifying product opportunities and risks and providing recommendations
  • Analyzing historical data and developing accurate forecasts at SKU level
  • Supporting inventory requirements and collaborating with Supply Planning team
  • Supporting reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
