Your Impact: We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven VP of Marketing to lead the Marketing team, Demand Generation, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Brand Marketing, and more. The ideal candidate will have extensive full-stack B2B Marketing leadership experience including demand generation, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). Also, a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility. This role requires an individual who can balance both the analytical and creative aspects of marketing, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. We are looking for a leader who can balance both the analytical and creative aspects of marketing, and will foster a culture of innovation and excellence - while also being comfortable with rolling up their sleeves to execute and get things done. This position reports directly to the CRO.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Strategy:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with sales and business objectives.
- Drive demand generation initiatives to increase lead acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including digital, email, social media, and events.
- Implement data-driven approaches to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI..
Content Marketing:
- Lead the content marketing strategy, including content creation, distribution, and performance measurement.
- Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and effectively engages and educates our target audience.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Design and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, driving personalized marketing efforts that support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align ABM efforts with sales goals and enhance account engagement and conversions.
Brand Marketing:
- Enhance brand awareness and equity through strategic brand positioning and messaging.
- Develop and execute brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences and differentiate EIQ in the market
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring accountability and continuous professional development.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to align Marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Foster strong internal and external partnerships to enhance marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing, with a strong experience in B2B. Experience marketing to large Insurers or similar preferred.
- Proven experience in content marketing and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

- Compensation: The range is 250-275K with flexibility, depending on a candidate’s background and experience. There is also equity provided (stock options).
