- Ability to design test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures based on business requirement and/or functional specification
- Ability to create and execute test cases manually
- Ability to document software defects, and report defects to developers and project manager
- Ability to identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, screen, or content
- Ability to monitor bug solution, efforts and track successes
- Ability to plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
- Ability to independently analyze extensive data, identify discrepancies and inconsistencies and recommend a course of corrective action
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with SQL and databases
- Excellent organization skill
- Required Software skills include: Windows, Windows Server Network, FTP, UNIX-to-PC connectivity, HTTP, TCP/IP, IE, Microsoft IIS
- As a QA Tester you will participate in product design reviews providing input on functional requirement and production design.
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness or to mitigate risks.
