(NYSE:FNF) ("FNF" or the "Company"), a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries and a leading provider of insurance solutions serving retail annuity and life customers and institutional clients through its majority-owned, publicly traded subsidiary FG Annuities Life, Inc. (NYSE:FG) ("FG"), today reported financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. Net earnings attributable to common shareholders for the first quarter were $83 million, or $0.30 per diluted share (per share), compared to net earnings of $248 million, or $0.91 per share, for the first quarter of 2024. Net earnings attributable to common shareholders include mark-to-market effects and non-recurring items; all of which are excluded from adjusted net earnings attributable to common shareholders. Adjusted net earnings attributable to common shareholders (adjusted net earnings) for the first quarter were $213 million, or $0.78 per share, compared to $206 million, or $0.76 per share, for the first quarter of 2024
