- An MD or DO degree with eligibility for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
- Residence within 20 miles of the assigned practice location.
- Full-time availability for a Monday–Friday, 40-hour-per-week schedule.
- Eligibility to work without visa sponsorship, as visa sponsorship is not available.
- Deliver outpatient otolaryngology care in a physician-led practice.
- Provide outcomes-driven, minimally invasive ENT care supported by in-office technology, including CT imaging.
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-based care model.
- Manage an established patient base and referral volume with streamlined outpatient workflows.
- Recent graduates from 2020 or later are encouraged to apply.
