Requirements
  • Secret Security Clearance is required for this position.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required with at least three years work experience in program/project management, compliance, human resources, administration, or similar.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools required for the position; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate via email.
  • Work shall be conducted at the Arlington, VA location.
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance.
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a Facility Access Authorization by the U.S. Government security office.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe; advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word; proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to use a computer to communicate via email; must be able to use a computer to communicate via email.
Responsibilities
  • Direct and control projects and tasks through completion according to established budgets and level of effort, schedule, and deliverable specifications.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and complete work in accordance with the quality standards and requirements specified for all projects and tasks.
  • Establish and adhere to all contractor budget and spending controls to meet all contractual deliverables, milestones and scheduled due dates.
  • Ensure the successful and timely delivery of all assignments under this Performance Work Statement.
  • Interpret trends, understand issues, and identify opportunities to mitigate potential risks, enhance performance, and optimize business operations.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and assist in the development of plans, strategies, and methodologies to address complex technical problems and issues (e.g., energy systems analysis, costs-benefits analysis, performance and management analysis, policy analysis, regulatory analysis).
  • Provide ad hoc business analysis and reporting
  • Administer data collection, verification, and validation initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Perform day-to-day operation of contract support operation
  • Write, prepare formal presentations, and provide program-level communications.
  • Comply with IT Governance standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support and manage meetings, ensuring inspections and resource management operations run efficiently; ensuring all deliverables are accounted for and submitted promptly to the client; evaluating standard operating procedures of all Tactical Army National Guard Readiness Center programs and offices.
  • Provide administrative services for Equal Opportunity and Diversity Program including attending meetings, updating EO Task Management Tools, providing program reports...
  • Provide technical writing and editing support for ARNG organizations, including reviewing correspondence for ARNG policies and regulations, suggesting revisions, monitoring announcements, and researching procedures.
  • Provide supply operations including inspections of equipment to determine reuse potential.
  • Manage Task Management Tools for ARNG offices.
  • Utilize the Defense Travel System to build trip itineraries and track travel conducted by ARNG personnel.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings for ARNG offices including taking notes and posting calendars.
  • Provide technical editing knowledge when reviewing training slides and presenting during training courses.
  • Provide property book and supply administration including reviewing TARC property books, preparing transactions for government approval, and annual inventory schedule of primary hand receipts.
  • Process personnel assignment packets for various organizations and offices.
