Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English
  • At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare market, namely in the distribution of IT or high-tech products
  • Experience in the distribution of software, e.g. hospital information systems, would be ideal
  • Strong analytical and logical skills in technical, contractual and financial negotiations
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work from home and travel regularly to meet customers in person
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, yet fast-paced environment
  • Business English proficiency is indispensable for product training and internal company communication
Responsibilities
  • Win new enterprise and Health Care customers in Germany as well as in Switzerland and Austria for SOTI´s award winning software technology
  • Set appointments to present SOTI product benefits to prospects, conduct product demonstrations to technical and commercial decision makers, make use of SOTI´s technical pre-sales resources whenever necessary
  • Manage sales cycle completely process including not only acquisition and product demonstrations but also quoting, negotiating and – most important – closing deals directly or together with a SOTI reseller
  • Manage and maintain the relationship to the new enterprise and Health Care customers with the aim to grow the customer by selling additional SOTI products
  • Work closely together with the technical pre-sales team to make sure the prospect can test the SOTI solution the best possible way
  • Track and weekly review lead, pipeline progression and forecast in SOTI´s CRM system
  • Travel is required within Germany, Switzerland and Austria for internal meetings also to other European countries which are part of the region as well as to the UK
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of enterprise mobility management or knowledge of mobile devices, such as smartphones, tablets, handhelds, etc. would be a plus
