  • 7+ years of experience building products
  • Strong written and verbal skills to efficiently and effectively communicate with design and engineering teams
  • Understanding of Platform architecture, application SDKs, microservices (both internal and for external consumption), and the importance of how to “cut-to-measure” for our stage
  • An inherent understanding and passion for amazing UX
  • Travel background a tremendous plus (hotels, activities, restaurant space)
  • Ecomm background helpful
  • Excitement to roll up your sleeves, solve problems and build long-term solutions
  • Experience working in a startup environment and working through ambiguity
  • Comfortable self-directing and prioritizing your own work
  • Scrappy and “hustle” mindset
  • Ability to envision the short term and long term horizon of the product

  • Perform interviews with current and potential customers to add additional product specs and features
  • Improve upon and become the owner of our current product roadmap, defining key goals and dates for product releases
  • Lead product launches, coordinating with all parties involved
  • Prioritize new feature requests and allocate resources to implement as efficiently as possible
  • Measure key performance with app usage and have an analytics first mindset to inform of any and all product improvements
  • Begin to build out the product org
  • Conduct market research supported by on-going communication with customers and non-customers
