- Very familiar with working in an Research and Development shop writing very detailed Functional Specifications and understanding the software development life cycle
- Ability to write very precise business and technical requirements in order to write Requirement Specification documents
- Senior level; capable of self-management and motivation
- Experience in biology, life science, pharma, biotech or contract research organization (CRO)
- Experience in clinical trials domain/CRO/Medical Device is must
- Knowledge of document management tools such as Alfresco, SVN version control, RoboHelp, Adobe, Microsoft Word, etc.
- Excellent writing skills, technical background
- Experience in Pharma, CRO, Medical Device or Biotech industry is a must
- Assist with writing requirements, Functional Specifications (FS), and Management of documents
- Coordinate documentation activities and ensure version control and traceability
- Prepare and maintain Requirement Specification documents and related deliverables
- Work with developers and R&D team to ensure alignment with software development life cycle
- Utilize document management tools (Alfresco, SVN, RoboHelp, Adobe, Word) to manage and track documents
- Demonstrate and apply strong technical background in clinical trials domain or medical devices within the biotech/pharma/CRO space
