Responsibilities
  • Define strategic vision and roadmap for the Agents Builder platform, covering Orchestration, SFT, RLHF, Memory, RAG, and Search.
  • Evangelize product vision across the firm and engage stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business and functional groups to collect requirements and deliver high-quality products.
  • Plan for implications of new features on overall product experience.
  • Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis for strategic roadmap.
  • Track and evaluate product metrics across the development lifecycle.
  • Write requirements, epics, and user stories for product development.
  • Design features applying AI & Data governance frameworks for ethical AI use.
  • Ensure compliance with AI & Data Management regulations and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in AI & Data Management technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate governance practices.
  • Establish monitoring mechanisms for compliance tracking.
  • Present updates and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes in AI governance.
