Responsibilities
  • Build and Manage Talent Pipelines: Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with top-tier candidates across engineering, product, and business roles to ensure a steady pipeline of exceptional talent.
  • Candidate Experience: In partnership with our recruiting coordinator, serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from initial outreach through to offer stage. You’ll be a champion of our hiring culture, maintaining a consistent and exceptional experience for every candidate.
  • Iterate and Improve Processes: Continuously refine our recruitment process to optimize for speed, efficiency, and candidate experience. Use data and feedback to drive improvements.
  • Interview Training and Development: Own and drive interview training across the company, ensuring interviewers are well-equipped to assess candidates fairly and effectively while aligning with Lithic’s values.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with the Head of People and leadership teams to develop a comprehensive playbook for identifying and hiring top talent, ensuring alignment with our company goals.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to building and amplifying Lithic’s employer brand, positioning us as one of the best places to work in NYC. You’ll advocate for our culture and values in every interaction with potential candidates.
