About the Role:
Digital.ai is seeking a Field Marketing Associate. This position will be responsible for overseeing the logistics for Digital.ai trade shows and field events throughout all stages of the event planning process. The Field Marketing Associate duties include collaborating with internal team members and third-party vendors to ensure successful and timely execution of a diverse number event-related activities.
The Field Marketing Associate will be involved in planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes, including:
- Maintain a comprehensive plan for tactics and due dates related to each event
- Onboard new vendors and submit purchase order requests
- Coordinate with a cross-functional Digital.ai team to ensure completion of event-related tasks
- Work with third party vendors to accomplish event-related tasks
- Complete trade show form and other event-related forms as needed
- Serve as the project manager on event calls
- Provide status reports on key event deliverables
- Troubleshoot event-related problems and raise for resolution when needed
- Lead aspects of setup and teardown of events
- Staff events as needed and coordinate staff schedules
- Travel to participate in events, responsible for site logistics
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years demonstrated experience managing trade shows and field events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Asana project management
- Expertise in completing trade show forms and using exhibitor portals
- Enjoys the flexibility of a remote work environment
- Able to travel 20-25%
