  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Salesforce consulting preferred
  • Experience in the Marketing Cloud ecosystem (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio (push, SMS), cloud pages, Ad Studio, Interaction Studio, Datorama etc.)
  • Understanding of data dependencies and design for Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns
  • Proficient in the process areas supporting either the Sales, Service or Marketing functions
  • Proficient at leading requirements and design sessions for client stakeholders across the areas of Sales, Service or Marketing
  • Proficient at managing status, timeline, and risks at the program or workstream level
  • Experience on the Salesforce Platform related to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, CPQ, eCommerce, and/or Communities
  • Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment
  • Proficient in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables
  • Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel to client-site 30-50%

  • Guide and deliver Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementations on the Enterprise level
  • Engage with clients to assess their current sales and marketing technologies
  • Participate in business process review sessions to identify user stories/requirements
  • Participate in Salesforce solution design sessions from the identified user stories/requirements
  • Responsible for the build activities via the configuration on the Salesforce Platform
  • Facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements and processes
  • Facilitate unit, system and end-user testing
  • Support end-user training and documentation
  • Manage project status, timelines, risks for overall project or individual workstream
