  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related field
  • Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud experience is highly desired
  • PMP or SCRUM certified
  • Change Management certified
  • Manage the program-level execution of work across multiple delivery teams working across organizational boundaries to define roadmaps and program interdependencies using Agile methodology
  • Be a bridge between engineering, Quality Assurance, Product, and Business and effectively develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Mainly, build trust across the organization
  • Move fluidly from the big picture to details and enable the engineering teams to deliver complex and strategic cross-functional phases, often with tight deadlines
  • Lead global cross-functional teams from project initiation through delivery to ensure consistent execution and in sync with launch timelines
  • Communicate regularly and precisely with business stakeholders and senior management on status, risks, current state assessments, future state roadmaps, and change control
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, roadmap, financial, and/or technical goals
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, prioritization, and trade-offs among customer experience, schedule, performance, and cost
