About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

Oversee and manage the pickup and delivery process to ensure high operational quality and efficiency at the station.
Proactively identify and manage site safety risks, ensuring the secure handling of mail and deliveries, and mitigating other operational risks to protect the company’s brand reputation.
Lead the training and implementation of business systems and SOPs for both in-house and third-party delivery service providers (DSPs), ensuring all staff are well-versed in and capable of applying new systems and regulations.
Act as a central point of coordination by identifying the nature of issues, facilitating effective communication, resolving routine problems, and coordinating resources to optimize operational arrangements in line with business goals.

About you:

You have a comprehensive understanding of logistics and delivery operations, with the ability to manage and improve operational processes.
You are detail-oriented and possess strong risk management skills, with a proactive approach to safety and compliance.
You are an effective trainer and communicator, capable of guiding both internal and external teams in the adoption of new systems and procedures.
You are a strategic thinker and problem-solver, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and align operational activities with business objectives.
3+ years of logistics experience
