Responsibilities
  • Define and elevate the product design strategy across Blend360’s client engagements
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients—translating user needs and business goals into design opportunities
  • Mentor and grow a talented team of designers
  • Oversee design deliverables from early concepts through to polished interfaces, prototypes, and implementation guidance
  • Help evolve Blend360’s design methodologies, playbooks, and tools
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, pitch work, and shaping new design-driven offerings
