Collaborate with program managers and development teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting on grant-funded activities and outcomes. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate the annual audit process and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines. Implement recommendations from auditors and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational efficiency. Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and expertise to the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors to support decision-making and resource allocation. Identify opportunities for revenue generation, cost optimization, and process improvement to enhance the foundation's financial sustainability and impact.
