Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment in accordance with safety and certification standards.
  • Perform seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to ensure safe facility conditions.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot facility issues to meet operational and safety requirements.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and documentation to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Coordinate purchases of parts, equipment, and supplies while controlling costs and verifying warranty claims.
  • Lead and develop third-party providers and associates through coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies while promoting a safe and ethical work environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • The candidate should be able to complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during the pre-hire contingency, and maintain a minimum 90-day Medical Examiner's Certification card.
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or a related area is preferred.
  • Experience in third-party management is preferred.
  • Experience using intermediate-level word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish is preferred.
  • State or local licensing where required, including licensing in Florida, Texas, or California, is preferred.
