The Opportunity:
We are seeking a hardworking and dynamic Digital Marketing Technical Evangelist to join our team. This role will focus on Adobe’s Customer Journey Management products for B2B and B2C experiences in the Experience Cloud portfolio, showcasing end-to-end use cases across lead, account, known customer, and buying group scenarios. Working closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Experience Cloud Marketing, User Experience, and Engineering teams, you will craft and deliver engaging, high-impact content that highlights Adobe’s innovations and resonates with diverse audiences, from C-suite leaders to technical practitioners.
What You’ll Do:
Content Creation & Storytelling: Develop and deliver high-impact, visually engaging content, including product demonstrations, videos, webinars, books, online courses, and other marketing collateral. Your work will be central to Adobe’s product storytelling at key industry events such as Adobe Summit, Adobe Sales Kick Off, and Adobe MAX.
Event Presence & Product Representation: Represent Adobe Experience Cloud products at strategic, global events, showcasing innovative demonstrations that highlight the full potential of Adobe’s solutions. Ensure a consistent, impactful Experience Cloud product presence across all engagements.
Industry Analyst Engagement: Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations for analyst evaluations, showcasing Adobe’s current technological capabilities and future innovations.
Audience-Specific Communication: Adapt messaging and storytelling to resonate with audiences such as CMOs, CTOs, and technical practitioners. Articulate Adobe’s capabilities through real-world customer use cases, demonstrating "art of the possible" scenarios and emerging product innovations at Customer Experience Centers, group presentations, and one-on-one strategic engagements.
Content Scaling & Enablement: Scale your content across global events and to Technical Pre-sales teams. Develop and share standard processes, valuable content, and enabling materials to support the Adobe community and engage users with product capabilities and use cases that drive value realization.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences. Established track record of crafting high-visibility, high-impact content for strategic industry events and C-suite meetings.
- Collaboration and project management skills to work successfully across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in digital marketing, technical evangelism, or product marketing with a strong focus on visual storytelling and product demonstration.
- Deep understanding of Customer Journey Management, Cross-Channel Marketing Hubs, Email Marketing, or B2B marketing technologies. Conversant in enterprise product, solution and technology strategies with the ability to convert current knowledge and skills to the Adobe platform.
- Understand product strategy and help lead and communicate the vision by working with product managers, product marketing managers, engineers, field marketers, and enablement managers.
- Travel up to 25%.
- Experience with Adobe digital marketing solutions, especially Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Marketo, and Adobe Journey Optimizer. Additional B2B or B2C campaign and/or marketing automation tool experience a plus.
- High-energy self-starter, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment and thrives while navigating ambiguity.
- Passion for learning and using innovative software solutions.
- Positive attitude and willing to put in extra effort without being asked.
- Strong social media presence preferred
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
