A BOLDSCIENCE Account Manager (AM) is the linchpin of the client service account team. They are the team’s go-to person and have their finger on the pulse across all day-to-day activities. They are a project management guru, staying on top of their account timelines, ensuring team members are well briefed, and leaders are updated on key actions. They feel confident delegating tasks to the surrounding team and taking ownership of deliverables.
