Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant professional experience or master’s degree and three years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working with training delivery and group facilitation.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in managing components of projects and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Regular availability to work nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Present established program modules for the resource family introductory training (RFIT), including nights and weekends.
  • This position provides skillful online group facilitation to a wide variety of participants.
  • This position also entails active involvement in project-related workgroups.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge/experience of the child welfare system.
  • Ability to present and deliver presentations at public and private meetings, conferences, workshops, and regional meetings.
