Requirements
  • 7+ years of relationship management and existing industry contacts at PE/VC organizations in a client facing role with track record of success
  • Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all credit product offerings to the Private Bank’s PE/VC clients including (i) capital call lines of credit, (ii) revolving lines of credit to management companies, (iii) term loans to management companies, (iv) general partner term commitment facilities to corporate borrowers, (v) standby letters of credit, and (vi) holding company (promissory) notes preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a growth contributor for designated team – includes working closely with analysts and other support team members for their development
  • Responsible for generating new business opportunities across the PE, VC and innovation economy business verticals
  • Identifying potential cross-sell opportunities from prospects and existing clients and liaising with internal colleagues who can help execute those cross-sell opportunities (cash management, private banking, wealth management, foreign exchange, commercial banking, capital markets and advisory, etc.)
  • Fully understand the Bank’s credit appetite and review new and existing opportunities to identify potential credit risks
  • Partner with Relationship Managers in the Private Bank to deliver full experience to clients
  • Collaborate and support team with strategic business development efforts
  • Engage and manage term sheet and legal documentation negotiations between clients, Bank counsel, and client counsel. A full understanding of the legal document and underwriting process is required
  • Manage new and existing PE and VC client relationships through frequent client meetings and thoughtful communications to ensure strong, stable relationships
  • Conduct marketing and community building efforts to reach prospective clients and engage with PE/VC participants to educate individuals on the Bank’s offerings and credit opportunities that may benefit the business
  • Remain knowledgeable on market trends to properly put forth thoughtful credit terms, while remaining competitive in the private equity credit markets

CareCloud secures $50M credit facility and redeems Series B preferred stock

CareCloud, a healthcare technology and revenue cycle management provider, has secured a $50 million credit facility with Citizens Bank and Provident Bank. Citizens acted as lead arranger and administrative agent on the facility, which closed on 13 April. The company will redeem 100% of its outstanding 8.75% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock on 15 May, following a 30-day notice period. The redemption eliminates approximately $3.2 million in annual dividend obligations and replaces higher-cost preferred equity with lower-cost institutional debt. CareCloud generates approximately $30 million in annualised adjusted EBITDA. The transaction simplifies its capital structure and provides non-dilutive capital whilst lowering the cost of capital. All 1,511,372 outstanding preferred shares will be redeemed at the stated redemption price plus accumulated unpaid dividends.

Citizens Financial Group posts Q4 EPS of $1.13, plans $700M–$850M buybacks and targets $450M savings by 2028

Citizens Financial Group reported fourth-quarter earnings per share of $1.13, up 36% year-over-year, with net interest margin expanding seven basis points sequentially to 3.07%. Net interest income rose 3% quarter-over-quarter, driven by fixed-rate asset repricing and lower funding costs. The bank's private bank posted strong growth, ending the year with $14.5 billion in deposits and contributing $0.28 to full-year EPS. Wealth revenue increased 31% year-over-year to a record quarter, whilst capital markets delivered its third-best quarter ever. For 2026, Citizens guided to net interest income growth of 10–12%, non-interest income up 6–8%, and planned share buybacks of $700–850 million. Citizens Financial Group reported fourth quarter 2025 net income of $528 million, up 32% year-over-year, with earnings per share of $1.13, up 36%. The Providence, Rhode Island-based bank achieved positive operating leverage of 5% in Q4 and returned 80% of capital to shareholders for the full year. The company's Private Bank reached $14.5 billion in year-end deposits, delivering 7% accretion to the bottom line at a 25% return on equity. Fee growth was led by Capital Markets and Wealth divisions, whilst credit costs trended favourably. Citizens' board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.46 per share, payable on 18 February 2026. As of 31 December 2025, the bank held $226.4 billion in assets.
